There will me many "manifestoes" to come based on new technology, new people, cultures, and issues coming on-line. If this Manifesto is to be valuable then it's not for what we say but for the debate we create, for the process of self-inquiry and discovery we provoke among ourselves and our readers. It will be most useful to artists and user/viewers who use it to engage in the formation of their own personal "manifestoes" of self-identity formation.

So, in the spirit of the net, we will do ourselves and our audience the best service to raise all issues, pose all questions, provide links, and act as Telematic Search Engines.
